New rooms here are great, and they even come with a comfy sofa bed. The place is quiet and in a nice spot, just a 15-minute stroll to Gateway Mall. 🌟

Spotless and large rooms with sofa bed, and super restaurant. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. The staff were very courteous and brilliantly friendly and the location was peaceful.

The staff was professional and the location was marvelous, with a nearby restaurant for dinner and a bike/ped bridge. The king room had a comfortable bed and amenities like a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge.

We reserved a King room for our anniversary, but upon arrival, we were informed that our room had been given away. Despite the inconvenience, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and offered us a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite. They even apologized for the oversight and assured us that they would rectify the situation for future guests. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, proving that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional customer service.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the Eugene area that exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the location was perfect for us as it was close to multiple restaurants and even a mall. It made exploring the area and finding places to eat so convenient. Secondly, the service and staff at the hotel were fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with the added bonus of having a sofa bed which was perfect for our needs. Additionally, the breakfast options, although not the usual buffet, were delicious and had a good variety to choose from.

The housekeeper, Chandra, did an excellent job in keeping my room spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff's attention to detail really stood out.

Convenient Location and Comfortable Bed

My significant other and I recently chose a hotel for our romantic escape. We were drawn to this hotel due to its location close to various restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable, and we had no issues sleeping through the night. the room was clean and tidy which made us feel relaxed and at peace.

Our experience was short-lived, as we encountered poor customer service from the receptionist. We faced issues with the room amenities, specifically the HVAC which made our stay uncomfortable.
